Merrillville, IN. (November 6, 2017): Blue Valley continues to grow and is pleased to announce a new 60-seat call center located in Merrillville, which opened October 8.
Hours of operation for the new center are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Located at 8585 Broadway, the building also has tenants such as Chase Bank, Lockheed Martin, Wells Fargo, Chick-Fil-A and Thrivent Financial. With a population of nearly 35,000, Merrillville is known to have highly trained telemarketers already living and working in the region.
Northwest Indiana is a perfect place to expand, said Ronen Ben-Dror, Director of Client Relationship Development for Blue Valley, as the available and abundant workforce in this region is perfect for what we do.
Ben-Dror said they are currently seeking to employ up to 40 people, but the call center is able to handle larger campaigns where up to 60 could be working. In total, Blue Valley has a capacity of 250 seats. He said they are using the latest telemarketing technology, including an SER dialer, which is a next-generation outbound dialer that offers more options than legacy dialers commonly used in the industry.
Blue Valley is in the process of training its second class for the Merrillville location. Ben-Dror said the training focused on one-on-one tutoring to ensure the call reps hit the ground running.
